Sixgam Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Sixgam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the Sixgam website at sixgam.ws, by creating an account, or by placing a bet or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Sixgam is an online gaming platform that offers slots, poker, jackpot slots, virtual sports, esports betting, and related promotional products to registered players. These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the Sixgam brand.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any Sixgam service. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an account with Sixgam, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Sixgam does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on the player platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in their location before registering.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from Sixgam or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be employed by Sixgam or any associated company, nor a close family member of a Sixgam employee.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Sixgam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued CNIC or passport, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts cannot process withdrawals until any outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.

3. Account Rules & Responsibilities

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Sixgam account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances or pending winnings forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Sixgam login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Sixgam will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Sixgam support immediately at support@sixgam.ws.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Your Sixgam account must reflect your real identity at all times. If any of your registered details change — particularly your contact number or the payment methods linked to your account — you must update them promptly. Sixgam reserves the right to suspend accounts where verification of identity is outstanding.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for 90 consecutive days. Dormant accounts may have their VIP tier temporarily suspended until activity resumes. Sixgam will attempt to contact dormant account holders before any balance is affected. Accounts that remain dormant for 12 months may be formally closed following notification to the registered contact details.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Sixgam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals at Sixgam must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case Sixgam support will arrange an alternative. Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts under any circumstances — the account must be registered in the player's own name.

Sixgam does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Sixgam's control and the player's responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard account withdrawal limits are Rs 25,000 per week. Players who are members of the Sixgam VIP Club benefit from significantly higher weekly withdrawal limits, scaling from Rs 50,000 at Bronze tier to Rs 50,00,000 at Diamond tier. 4.4 Transaction Monitoring

Sixgam monitors all transactions for fraud, money laundering, and suspicious activity. In the event that a transaction is flagged for review, Sixgam reserves the right to hold the relevant funds pending investigation. Players will be notified if their account is under review and asked to provide supporting documentation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by Sixgam are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified at the time the offer is made. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated wagering requirements and conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued by Sixgam are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The standard wagering requirement on Sixgam bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. So a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 1,00,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. Wagering progress is displayed in real time on your account dashboard.

5.3 Qualifying Games

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots and virtual sports — 100% contribution
• Poker (all variants) — 50% contribution
• Esports betting — 75% contribution
• Jackpot slots — 80% contribution

Sixgam reserves the right to exclude specific games from wagering contribution calculations. The exclusion list, where applicable, will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free bets carry a 30-day expiry from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Unused or unwagered bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically at the end of the expiry period. Sixgam is not obligated to reissue expired bonuses.

5.5 Abuse of Promotions

Sixgam monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including the use of low-risk or excluded betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming engagement. If such behaviour is detected, Sixgam reserves the right to void the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to restrict future bonus eligibility for the account in question.

6. Gameplay, Fair Play & Game Integrity

All games available on the Sixgam platform — including slots, poker variants, jackpot titles, and virtual sports — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) values.

Sixgam does not manipulate game outcomes for any reason, including to recover bonus funds or limit jackpot payouts. The certified RNG determines each result independently, with no influence from account history, deposit size, or player tier.

6.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnections, server errors, or display issues — the round will be voided and the bet stake returned to the player's account. Sixgam is not liable for any consequential losses resulting from a technical fault. If a malfunction results in an erroneous payout, Sixgam reserves the right to correct the error and recover the mistakenly paid amount.

6.2 Game Rules

Individual game rules are displayed within each game on the Sixgam platform. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering. Sixgam support is available to answer questions about game mechanics but cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7. VIP Club Terms & Conditions

The Sixgam VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — and is open to all registered players. Full VIP programme details, including tier thresholds, benefit schedules, and points earn rates, are published on the VIP Club page. The following terms govern VIP Club membership:

• VIP Points are earned on real-money wagers only. Bonus bets do not accumulate VIP Points.
• VIP tier status is evaluated on a rolling 3-month activity window. Insufficient activity over three consecutive months may result in a one-tier reduction.
• Monthly VIP bonuses carry a 20x wagering requirement and expire after 30 days if unused.
• VIP Points can be redeemed for real-money PKR bonus credit at the conversion rates published on the VIP Club page.
• Personal account manager services are available to Platinum and Diamond tier members only. The account manager cannot override platform Terms or authorise exceptions to payment policy.
• Sixgam reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit values, and programme structure at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected members.
• Sixgam also reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme if their account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

Sixgam is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when your play session reaches a specified duration.
• Cool-off periods — take a short break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion — permanently block access to your Sixgam account. Self-exclusion at Sixgam cannot be reversed once confirmed.

Sixgam will not market promotional materials — including bonus offers and VIP benefits — to players who are currently subject to a cool-off period or self-exclusion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sixgam platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way not permitted to manual players.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error must be returned, and Sixgam reserves the right to recover them directly.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Sixgam support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Providing false identity information or using stolen payment details to fund an account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sixgam platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the property of Sixgam or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any Sixgam content without prior written permission. Access to the Sixgam platform does not grant you any ownership or licence rights over platform content beyond the limited right to use the platform as a registered player for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sixgam provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Sixgam accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform that is later found to contain an error.

In all cases, Sixgam's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits Sixgam's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Sixgam collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is published at sixgam.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data handling principles at Sixgam include:

• Personal data is used only for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Sixgam does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Player payment data is handled through certified, encrypted payment gateways and is not stored on Sixgam servers.
• Players have the right to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccuracies, and deletion of data where legally permitted.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Sixgam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or phone number on file, and updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

In cases where a change to these Terms materially affects existing player rights — particularly relating to bonus terms, withdrawal limits, or account closure procedures — Sixgam will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before the change takes effect. For minor clarifications or corrections, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of Sixgam following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

14. Contact & Dispute Resolution

Sixgam takes all complaints seriously. When a complaint is received, it will be acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated with the aim of resolving it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority, details of which are available on request from the support team.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Sixgam operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint process outlined above shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant governing authority.
